Running "Firefox Setup 37.0.exe" downloaded from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ and https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-37.0-SSL&os=win&lang=en-US I get the message: "Can not find archive file". This suggests a problem with the file. Please advise.

hi, does it make a difference when you right-click the installer and run it as administrator?

Try to clear the Windows %temp% folder.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that helps.
