I noticed in the list of plugins that you were using multiple plugins for watching videos. Please disable one at a time to check which one may be causing the issue. (However some sites have built in players) Once that is narrowed down, reinstalling that plugin is recommended. If it is Flash and it continues to have bad video: Some problems with Flash video playback can be resolved by disabling hardware acceleration in your Flash Player settings. Thank you for the suggestions. Please forgive my ignorance but what plugins do I have for video? Not sure which ones you're talking about.
