Hello Lesstressbangel37, This is a strange one, so the password does work and you are using the account with that username. What I would suggest is that you change your username to what you want and make sure you change your password. Note that you can change the display name in your user profile. Once logged on, you can click your name at the top of the page > Edit Profile

I can't seem to find out how to change the username. I went to my name in profile, clicked but it wouldn't let me change username. I also went to forums/contributors to ask for a name change but couldn't find the forum for that.

P.S lesstressrx sent me the following by PM to confirm that the problem is solved.

I went to mark my issue as solved but it says thread is closed. If there is another place I should go I will do so. I really appreciate your help. I am new to going to a support page.
