Some of my add-on icons are missing
One of them is
After Firefox v29 came out, it was there. But at one point, I could not find the icon anywhere. Not on any tool bar, and not in the customize page.

I recommend Restart.
- Item in the ≡ Menu Button panel, to the left of the Power Symbol.
- Item in the File menu.
- Configurable keyboard shortcut.
I did, several times. I also tried starting in safe mode just in case the icon should appear. No joy. I disabled, even remove the add-on and re-installed after I shut down Firefox. Still nothing.

You're saying in addition to Restartless Restart, you've also tried Restart, the different add-on I mentioned?

Safe Mode disables all add-ons. Therefore an add-on icon couldn't possibly appear in Safe Mode.
When I first saw your post, I thought it said to re-start Firefox, but then realized it was to another add-on. No I have not tried it yet. I wanted to see if there was a way to fix the current problem. BTW, while the icon is not there, I can still use FF menu to get at the restart command. Thanks for your help.
If you want to disable or remove an add--on;
Type about:addons<Enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control>(Mac:<Command>)<Shift> A)
In the Add-ons Manager, on the left, select Extensions.
If you just want to move the icon;
Type about:customizing<Enter> in the address bar. In the new window, look for the icon. When you find it, hold down the left button on it, and move it to where you want it to be. You can move any of the icons you want from here, but some icons are locked in place.
