How to log in to mozilla support to ask a question?

I have never had so much trouble registering to setup an account, (I apparently have finally succeeded), nor have I had so much trouble finding a place to pose a question. Every time I attempt to log in to Mozilla Support I am asked for a password; that's good! I put in the SAME password I created to setup my Firefox Sync account; evidently that isn't good--it doesn't work!!! I ask to have a password reset sent to my email address, but I get NO RESPONSE--EVER after multiple attempts!!!. This is one of the most frustrating, aggravating, annoying sites, (and I am not really writing the true words I have been expressing to my computer, my wife and anyone else that might near by!!!).

So, since I apparently have finally logged in, (but I have no idea how I did it), can you please answer two questions for me: 1)How do I post either a reply, (since I can hardly ever log in), or post a new question? 2) Do you have any plans to make Mozilla Support like 99.99% of all the other sites on the web EASY FOR THE USERS to access???

Yeah, that's not even close to being from Mozilla. Looks like a third party company offering tech support, and not very good prices either, to me at least.

You can safely delete this e-mail as it's even remotely related to Mozilla.

Do you have any other issues or have I answered your questions?

Hi,

The main reason why people come to Mozilla Support is to get troubleshooting and help with Firefox. Therefore the forum is set up where the user goes through the Ask a Question queue (/questions/new and when it's time to post, the site will tell you to register before you can post the question. There is another link to get register but that's a different way and it registers you as a contributor. Trust me, the forum was a lot worse to sign up before it was fixed.

Also, it seems that you are logged in and have posted a thread. :)

To post a reply on your own questions, just go to your profile by using your profile link (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/user/1086374) or click your username at the top of every Mozilla Support page. It should be like this,

ASK A QUESTION | CONTRIBUTOR TOOLS |RONALDS173 |INBOX

BTW unless you created the same password for Sync and this site, you shouldn't be able to use your Sync password as Mozilla Support and Firefox Sync each have their own system.

You can add a comment to any thread by scrolling down until you see a text box.

It appears I should be yelling at myself! I apparently didn't notice that my log in ID is an abbreviation of my email address; so every time I put in my email address and my password it wasn't accepted. But, I did request password resets numerous times and never received anything, and I checked quite a few times over the past several hours. But, I just checked again, (2 minutes ago), and I found several password reset responses over a period of several hours. I can only assume that my so called speedy internet service is throttling the line! I curious, however, before your post I got an email advertisement from Mozilla Browser Support. Was this actually from Mozilla? Is my email address going to be used to send me advertisements for services based on issues I may be raising on your support forum?

Mozilla doesn't send out e-mails directly to users one-at-a-time. It's most likely a scam. Who's the sender? I can tell you whether or not it's real or fake.

As for your issue below:

Is my email address going to be used to send me advertisements for services based on issues I may be raising on your support forum?

If the e-mail sender looks fishy to me then no. As far as I know, sometimes Mozilla Support will ask you to take a survey but that's about it.

This is the website address I got when I clicked on it: http://infotechsuport.net/. I don't know if this will work or not, but I have copied and will attempt to paste the entire web page here:

I just want to apologize for my rant! I am able to get into both Firefox and Mozilla Support with ease now! I am truly sorry, but I was sooo frustrated at the time! All is good now! Thank You for your kind reply, tolerance and most of all, your help!

Logging in to Mozilla support and finding one's way around is very difficult. I have an account, which is a real problem. I created another account with a newly-created antispam email address which is the only way I can log in. In answer to another question I posted I am asked to supply a screenshot. I can create and save the screenshot. Then I am supposed to attach it to my forum post, but I have no idea how to access my forum post to do this.
