I am currently unable to view any file activity or ownership information in Google Drive in a shared folder. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Quit and reopen firefox
• Relaunched firefox in safe mode/extensions disabled
• Cleared cookies
• Tried in other browsers (works in Librewolf, Brave and Chromium; doesn't work in any Firefox browser (Nightly, beta, standard)

Every time I do a search for services "near me" (hospitals, hotels, etc.), Firefox is using an out-of-date five-year-old location. Very frustrating! How can I change this? Anyone's help is much appreciated - I just haven't been able to find a link to help me fix it!

My old iMac's Firefox browser was automatically changed to ESR (by Firefox) since the computer could no longer update the operating system through Apple (obsolete). When I purchased a new iMac and migrated my data to the new computer, Firefox ESR is still the browser, and says it is up to date. I am assuming I should get the most current regular Firefox version, but don't know if there is an easy way to change the version and preserve all my saved passwords, logins, bookmarks, etc. Looking for guidance. Why am I suddenly getting notifications with a tone appearing in the upper right corner of my screen from various entities like supermarkets, NextDoor, etc? This just started happening.

Scrambled Fonts: I see that many people have this issue. I am unable to resolve this. Starting in safe mode fixes the issue temporarily, but I am tired of this. As Firefox is the default browser throughout all my Apple Macs in my studio, I need to resolve this bug. I have also checked Safari and Chrome to verify this is a Firefox issue. The other browsers do not scramble fonts, and I have found no helpful topic article that can fix this.

Before I jump to Chrome as my default browser, I thought I would contact support to see if this can be salvaged.

There is a bug when I try to make a video (Twitch, Youtube, ...) go full screen. I click in the full screen button and the video does not expand to the edges of the screen (the screen is shrunk slightly). There is a fix, but it requires the user to put the Firefox window in full screen and then put the video in full screen.

The other web browsers on my mac does not have this issue.

I searched for this issue and found one other reporting about this several years ago when quantum was first released - supposedly it was fixed. But it's still present here.

Firefox 113.0.2, MacOS Ventura 13.4

FIrefox v113 on MacOS converts every keystroke entry in Wordle into a FIND command to search the web page for that character. The Wordle site is: https://www.nytimes.com/games/wordle/index.html. Safari handles Wordle perfectly. This problem seems to have begun with Firefox v113. Please give it a try and tell me what to modify. Problems occurs even when I restart Firefox with all add-on extensions disabled.

Firefox randomly, from where I sit, opens things in French rather than English. How can I keep it in English unless otherwise specified (I occasionally want German or Japanese)?

I just installed Firefox on my Mac and log in on the account. On new windows device it was always downloading all the addons and importing settings etc.

On Mac I just logged in and nothing happend. Like no any import was made. No any add-on was installed automatically.

Do I have to install everything manually?

One of the main reasons I use Firefox is the ability to enter the address bar and press "Tab" to go to the next option instead of pressing the down arrow like in some other browsers. The problem I'm encountering is when I want to get to something further down the list, it's all of the sudden tabbing to this little 3 dot menu that has "Remove from history" and "Learn More".

I use this feature a lot to visit past pages for researching, so I'm wondering is this 3 dot menu new? Is there a way to disable it? I've attached a screenshot to hopefully more clearly describe what I'm talking about.

I receive the following message when trying to go to Fold3 website:

An error occurred during a connection to www.fold3.com.

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

What do I do to correct?

(may have the wrong 'topic' from drop-down list) MacOS Ventura 13.4 I've tried this with Safari, Chrome and now Opera - FireFox is the only one that gets an error: "We’re sorry. Due to technical issues we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later."

This happens when on the TD bank site when I try to get to my "Statements & Documents" session. I've contacted TD and they won't provide what is going on to cause the above error to be generated, and because other browsers aren't having a problem it's now a Firefox issue.

I'm not sure how to proceed since I can't get further details from TD bank and don't see what needs to change to allow Firefox to work.

Any suggestions as to what setting or debugging I can try appreciated.

I'm having trouble bookmarking individual item page at Lowes.com. Hoping someone can help me with this problem. I "used" to be able to save an individual item page I want research later from Lowe's in my Bookmarks. When I go to access it later I get this message:

However I can save the whole page showing “all” the items with no problems. This happens on both Macs, 2 different OS. I have deleted cookies, cache, history continually and nothing works. It happens in Safe Mode as well, I even refreshed FireFox and it still happens. It happens in Safari also.

So I ask myself why "now" is this happening when it never did before? Is there a setting I need to look at? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

When I open emails many times the letters are gibberish. The letters are changed into symbols and weird looking letters. Sometimes closing Firefox and reopening helps, but usually I have to restart my computer. Even then, it may or may not be readable. Some emails are only partially this way, but most are complete gibberish. Has been happening for a few months. I have updated Firefox and am running the newest update. I am using Microsoft 365 email. Other computers in the same office do not have this issue. Any ideas how to fix this?

New version produces "Access Denied" when logging into Chewy.com Please fix this. I tried to add an image, but, like last time, doing so froze the page and I couldn't get back here. Had to start over. Can I revert to the earlier version of Firefox that worked? If so, how?
