Hello, my Firefox was able to use the camera normally but recently I can't turn it on at all, it says it needs Windows permission but it seems on that front everything should be correct. Pics attached.

Although I have the mozilla as my default browser , it's not working as my default browser and every page opes by default with Microsoft Edge. Please help me. Thank you

Hello, I can not longer copy and paste to outlook from other sites. They recommended to check my browser permissions. How do I do this for this issue. It started after my last update. Thanks bunches

I can not get my Camera and Microphone online in Facebook. I have read all the documents and they are both enables in the computer settings I dont see any place to enable them in Facebook. I have used them many time making video calls but this is the first time I have tried to make a video call since your updates. Help please, I have reset everything

Something changed in my Firefox recently.

I used to have all pdf options as Always Ask, which did not impact sites where the pdf is inside a frame inside the webpage.

Changing to open in firefox fixed that issue, but now it opens all pdfs in browser, which I'd rather have the option to save or open in Sumatra as I used to.

Basically I want the option to save / open in my preferred app while not disrupting the sites that have in frame pdfs.

I wanted to find information on my question, so I visited a website, and some file named CcRNEMIH.htm was downloaded (with a Firefox icon). I deleted it, scanned my computer, and found nothing. Then I visited the website again, and nothing else was downloaded. Then I checked my downloads folder and saw that under the file name, there was a resource called moz-safe-about. What could it have been?

Hello I use Kahunas as an online coaching app. I am trying to make video messages but every time I try there is a pop up saying that permission is denied. I went into the firefox settings under privacy and checked the permission tab. It doesnt show any pages have recently tried to use it and it does nothing when I try and add the web address in the search field.

Trying to get support from Coursera/Codio and got the message " Permission denied for the A/V connection. Click here to read how to re-enable permissions on your browser"

I use an LMS for my work. I wanted to record a video note to add to a subject site, but a dialogue box popped up and I clicked the wrong response which blocked the camera and microphone. Now, when I go to add a video note, I get the message "Cannot access video and audio. Please allow access to your recording device using the browser." But in Firefox privacy and security settings, this website is not listed under permissions for camera or microphone. I can't see any other way to reverse what I've done. Can you help? Thanks

After downloading a file which is saved to my Mac Download Folder the file is removed once I close the Firefox Web window. I checked the folder before the window was closed and the file was there. After closing the window the file is no longer in the folder. Also it is not in the trash.
