"A couple of weeks ago you created a Mozilla account, but never confirmed it. For your security, we will delete the account if not verified in the next 24 hours."

I recently created a new Firefox account using my new gmail address. I still have an old Firefox account associated with an old gmail address that was compromised; I would like to delete the old Firefox account. When I try to sign in to the old Firefox account, I'm told I'll have to sign in using my "primary" account--presumably the new account. When I sign in to the new account, I only see an option to delete the new account, which I don't want to do, as I have Firefox Relay and passwords connected to it. How do I delete (only) the old Firefox account? Thanks.

I put faith in the fact that i thought I was c protected. What I want is some info. Also a way to get the guy who is harassing me by having everything I own and disrupting my entire life! So very recently my main pc was hacked. Long story short, the best I could do was have my Microsoft account suspended. Now I am making new accounts for everything, including here. But my new account is attempting to sync with the old one. I don't want that to happen. I can't sign in to the old one to remove it since I can no longer access it. I am deathly afraid that this account will also be hacked due to it attempting to sync with the old one. Is that possible? And is there a way to remove the old one. I don't think my mind will be at ease till I can have a fresh start. I have requested Microsoft to completely delete the hacked account instead of simply suspending it, but I am unsure if that will do anything here.

I've tried to contact EA customer support but can't get a response. It's almost impossible, is there a workaround that could be done to correct it. I can't access my Manage Accounts page. When signed in, I've clicked on 'manage accounts', (via Browser menu, and in Settings) and it opens the error message below. I've tried to open the page on 'troubleshoot mode', restarted Firefox several times, and logged out and in, several times. I'm always getting the same error message. I'm on Windows 10. I desperately need to update my email, as my log in is being deleted and this is the only page to do this from. Can anyone help?

I'm having an issue removing a device from the Send to Device list on Firefox for Android. I have logged out of the device via my account settings, have logged out and in of Firefox Sync, and deleted all data held in the Firefox app but the old device is still showing up in the Send to Device list, despite the fact that my account isn't even logged in, so I'm very confused as to why this is happening. Does anyone have any advice or recommended troubleshooting steps? Thanks!
