I just got installinternetprotect_909. Is this a legit mozilla/firefox .exe file?

my browser session was interrupted by a bring red threat scan find several medium to high Trojans and such and telling be to start an .exe file titled InstallInternetProtection_909. Is this a legit Mozilla/Firefox file? I use SpyBot AVG and Adaware. Isn't that enought protection?

No it isn't legitimate.

That is a scareware Find its name and Google how to remove it. If you fail, the only option you have is to format Windows.
