When I play a video on Firefox it lowers my volume for every other program currently making sound.

Firefox lowers the volume of all of my programs that have sound whenever a video is playing in Firefox. I've combed the options extensively and found nothing. This even happens for muted videos. Even if I go into my mixer and turn the volume back up for the programs individually they're still not at full volume until I pause or stop the video. Windows 7
