Tab Width changing on Tab Bar

Since I updated firefox a day or so ago, the tabs on my tab bar display at the top of the window change width to add the audio icon when the tab starts playing audio, which I find distracting especially when the active tab plays audio intermittently in response to my interactions with the tab. I couldn't find anything about that in the settings page. How do I turn this off so that tabs in the tab bar (at least the active tab) stay the same width?
