Firefox taking aproximatly 10 seconds to start loading a link after pressing it, I have reinstalled the browser, reset to factory setting but the system remains even in safe mode. I recently formated the computer that's when the issue started to happen.

Kaspersky can cause performance issues if you have "Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages" enabled and don't have the companion browser extension installed.
