Problem using TV app

Mozilla offered an update, version 111.0 yesterday (March 15, 2023) and I installed it. Now I cannot use a TV app that I pay for. I live in Canada and Bell Canada offers a TV app that I pay for: Bell Fibe Alt TV.

Since the install yesterday, the app keeps freezing on me and I can no longer watch anything. Did your install effect my app? I am using Windows 10 on a Lenovo i3 10th Gen laptop.

I have done a hardboot on the computer several times, with no success.

Hi, I assume this is a web page you are watching on your computer screen? (Rather than casting to a TV or watching on a mobile device. https://www.bell.ca/Fibe-TV-App)

Firefox video features change now and then and it's possible that Firefox is now a bit too demanding for your video processor. This is just speculation on my part; I really can't tell why it is not performing well.

Have you tried using Microsoft Edge to see whether it can play the content smoothly? Normally Windows 10 has Microsoft Edge pre-installed so it should be easy to find on your system. Since Firefox and Edge do not share cookies, you will need to sign in again.
