Firefox tab crashes during test run with Smartbears TestComplete

We are experiencing crashes in Firefox. The test report shows a message "The firefox.exe process crashed." and provides a dmp file. I didn't find an option to upload the dmp here. The attached pictures shows that the current tab of firefox has crashed.
