Thunderbird 45.5.1 just show Loading... when email sumeries are click (opensuse)

Just performed a OpenSuse 13.2 update and version 45.5.1 has been installed. Now if I click on any of my emails I get "Loading..." on the first line of the email and a grey window

I am still receiving email just go beyond the email title.

I tried a unconditional re install of thunderbird through yast and it now work
