There may be a flaw in the beta program.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

Dear reader,

It do NOT working because if you start in safe mode add-ons will be disabled. The get add-ons page will also NOT loaded.

It must be enabled.

I will got them back so soon as possible.

What have you done with this version of Firefox because in early versions there is NO problem?

Safe Mode does disable the add-ons. But the problem is about the Add-ons Manager. Does the manager show the listings?

I have made an update to 50b2.

with the same problem.

The Manager do NOT show the listings.

Also is missing the Icons from the extensions into the Icon bar.

Strange. Into early (old) versions there is no problem.

Type chrome://mozapps/content/extensions/extensions.xul? <enter> in the address bar. Is anything shown?

It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.

Type about:support in the address bar and press enter.

Under the page logo on the left side, you will see Application Basics. Under this find Profile Folder. To its right press the button Show Folder. This will open your file browser to the current Firefox profile. Now Close Firefox.

Delete all extensions*.* files and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

New files will be created when required.

After, restart Firefox.

See "Corrupt extension files":

You will have to approve the updating one last time.

Not saying that is the cause but sometimes the first 2-3 Beta builds of a version can sometimes have some issues.

Do you have e10s enabled?

May also not help that you are still using the EOL WinXP. Mozilla is looking to drop support of WinXP and Vista even as of Firefox 53.0 due to extra working in supporting them. This means to get security updates then for a while longer you will have to use the then Firefox 52.0 ESR builds.

Note that Addons is a general term (that started back during Firefox 2.0/3/0 days) that groups together the Extensions, Themes (complete and image), Plugins, and even search engines, dictionaries, language packs. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/faq
