how come I cannot see my bookmarks on my desktop from firefox on android?

I have firefox on my samsung s7 edge phone. I tried to look at my bookmarks that are on my desktop from my phone and tablet. it did not work yet everything is syncing but not the bookmarks. I tried removing the account and re adding it still did not work. Can some one help me with this issue?
