When I receive a picture, sometimes I'll only get the top 3/4 inch of it.
Not everytime but many times, I receive a picture in my InBox and there'll only be about the top 3/4 inch of the picture showing; the rest is blank. This started occurring after I did a clean install of Windows 10.
Any help would be appreciated.

That sounds like the images are being corrupted some how. Do you have an anti virus other than defender that scans your mail?

Wish it were that simple -- I only have Windows Defender and it's 'On.'
I /am /able to view the picture when I'm in www.mail.twc.com so I copied it to my hard drive from there and was then able to send it on to those I originally wanted to send it to.
However, I /still/ can't view it in my Mozilla Thunderbird.
