how can I transfer email photos to a file in "my photos"

Right-click the picture or attachment.
Hello Zenos, when I right click the photograph in the email I received, there is a list with lots of choices including copying the image. But none of them seem to work. That is, I select the photograph, click Copy, move to my Word document, and click Paste; but only the captions come over. What are we doing wrong?
