When I activate Firefox I get a bogus McAfee message how can I block/remove?

There are two listed addons/extensiosns:

  • McAfee MSC FF plugin DLL
  • McAfee Virtual Technician plugin
  1. Open up the Firefox Menu
  2. Click on Addons
  3. about:addons will open up. Search for these two and click remove.

Elseiopen the profile and remove the file names in the extensions folder. Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles
