To request support for Marketplace Content you have purchased:
Open the Firefox Marketplace.
Tap on the app that you need help with. You can find instructions on how to download and install apps by reading Installing apps.
Scroll down to below the Description, Updates or Last updated section.
Tap Email Support.
After sending your email, the developer will review your issue and respond to it.
You can also request support from the mobile network operator on which you are accessing the Firefox Marketplace. Click here to see a list of carrier support websites.
If your Purchased Content is defective, contains malware, is unavailable or otherwise does not perform as stated and you have made your purchase with a Credit Card, you may request a refund here within 10 days of purchase.
