Hi

It looks like the setting "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above:" was substituted with "Override the colors specified by the page with my selections above:" in Fx 37. Bug 1118032

I also set up a "Needs change" entry for the Settings for web content, pop-ups, fonts, and languages article and created a new discussion thread where I wrote the following:

Here's a screenshot (from Firefox 38 ESR) showing the new Colors dialog.

It shows the available settings when you open the Drop-down menu under "Override the colors specified by the page with my selections above:".

The default is Only with High Contrast themes. Always and Never are the other available settings.

The current revision of this article is wrong. There is no checkbox next to the setting Override the colors specified by the page with my selections above:. Images needs to be updated too. This revision should never have been approved!

I'll set up a "Needs change" entry to review this article.

I made an edit to the last revision by Chris Ilias to add this new image showing Override the colors specified by the page with my selections above: (and I placed that text in bold in the article content)

I noticed that the screenshots in the article are shown for Windows only. Any reason for that?

I approved my last revision (see above) and made a new edit that's pending review to show all screenshots to Mac and Linux.
