Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.
Hi Swarnava, no I can't do a screen shot, sorry, the best I could do was describe what I was seeing.
No matter now as I got so frustrated I forgot the first thing to always do is reboot the PC. I don't know why but after I did everything was as it should be and I could once again access my juno e-mail.
