Did you make a backup copy of the Sync (recovery) key?
You can't access data stored on the Sync server without having the Sync key as this key is used locally to encrypt your personal data before sending it to the server.
It is possible the get a new password for the Sync account in case you have forgotten it, but the Sync key is essential.
I was able to sign in and get assistance a few days ago. Now it says "incorrect user name" and when I try to re-register it says "the entered email is already in use." HOW do I get it to work again? I gather I'll receive a notice at that email address.
