can't get into my email inbox. a message pops up, says your xfinity connect session has timed out due to inactivity. comcast says it is a firefox issue. I have a mac.

This can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that aren't send or otherwise blocked.
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
