Are these happening instantly at startup? Can you relate this to any particular websites, or does it follow any changes such as software updates or installations?
All four crashes relate to the Flash plugin. This is some standard guidance that addresses the most common issues with the Flash Player plugin. I'm sure you've seen some of it before, but just in case:
(1) If you have any recorders/downloaders that interact with Flash media make sure they are as up-to-date as possible, or disable them temporarily.
(2) Disable hardware graphics acceleration in Flash
Flash needs to completely unload from memory (exiting and starting Firefox up again might help) before this takes effect.
In case one of your extensions is involved, you could test in Firefox's Safe Mode. That's a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions and some advanced features of Firefox. More info: Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode.
When Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key when double-clicking the icon. A small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset).
