Trying to use Mozilla on a windows 8 computer. Adobe flash works in IE Explorer but not in Mozilla (my preferred browser). Please help!

When videos show up in Mozilla there's a grey box that says I need to download Flash to view the content. Flash already exists on my computer and runs videos in IE Explorer. Is there any way to get Mozilla to see and use that version of Flash?

Note that you will need to create an account on mozillaforums in order to post there if you do not have one alsready. Also new members requires post approval for first post there.

It appears you have Win32 so therfore you may not be able to use Metro Firefox.

Firefox does not use the same version of Flash as Internet Explorer, you need to download and install the version of Flash used by Firefox.

Using Firefox go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to download the installer, then run this file to install Flash.

This support article has further details - Install the Flash plugin to view videos, animations and games
