I can't download Firefox.

I tried to download Firefox and it had an error message. Then I saw where it was on the computer, and I clicked on it and it had another error.

This happened

Not sure how often

I didn't get Firefox started yet.

Re: I can't download Firefox.

It is possible that your anti-virus software is corrupting the downloaded files or otherwise interfering with downloading files by Firefox. You can try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work. Do not forget to re-enable the scanning in your anti-virus software after you are finished with downloading and installing.

You can try to download Firefox here: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html
