The moment I open Firefox, a "Firefox" AD pops up. Anytime I navigate Facebook or it's apps a "Firefox" AD pops up! Anytime I go to any website, a "Firefox" AD pops up! They are genuine "Firefox" ADS, I've checked in your Troubleshoot guide! I can't do anything without these ads interrupting, slowing and stopping up my activity! I've also gone to the "Pop-Ups" page and made sure Firefox is not an "exception" to pop-ups!
Please remove them, it is harassment! I don't want anyone's ADS!

If you attach a screenshot to show those ads then we may be able to tell you how to stop them.
Don't act stupid with me...you know about the ads...Mozilla needs to STOP them from coming! It's harassment!
I really don't have any idea what you mean.
I've never seen any ads from Firefox when opening a link.
If you would like help in removing these ads, we can help you, but you need to work with us (give screenshots, try the steps we give you, etc.). Firefox has never had ads (at least like you are describing) so you much be seeing something else.
It will not "screen shot"....the ads are Mozilla ads...I went to your website and the Mozilla logo and print are in the top left corner...I determined it by YOUR instructions on the troubleshoot page.
Please create a screenshot of the problem you're seeing by following the guide mentioned at How do I create a screenshot of my problem?.
Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box. This will help us to visualize the problem.
