Did an update just kill the Keeper Security extension? I cannot login. Also cannot connect to Goose VPN website, wich is very strange since it is a security company.

Firefox crashes when I click on a box in MS Excel (and possibly other MS programs) then move to the browser to paste or not paste. This has been a problem for months now and I've reported this months ago (Oct. 3rd). Does anyone have a fix to this? I've refreshed it and it has been updated (and windows is always up to date too).

I have recently had to reload my laptop. Before I did so I synced all my passwords, bookmarks, history etc. When I have reloaded Firefox onto my device all my data is missing. Please can you help as I need all my passwords and bookmarks for work.

I'm trying to load https://bfjoy.com/ and only Firefox is redirecting my typing of 'bfjoy.com' as an http: website instead of the correct https:

Why is this? I assume DNS but what is Firefox doing to redirect to the unsecured site that other browsers aren't?

Firefox tells me to close program because Firefox is already running. When I close Firefox then re-open Firefox: same message. When I check Firefox in Task Manager, there are anywhere from 6 instances of FF running and sometimes up to 24. Something needs fixed.

Hi, I got a new laptop recently and ever since then I've been experiencing this problem. Websites like https://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com or https://ukutabs.com offer the option to autoscroll, so that you can play your instrument without having to pause your playing and scroll further yourself. This feature hasn't been working for me ever since I got my new device and since it's various sites, I suppose the problem must be in the browser itself, I just can't figure it out. In the case of Ultimate Guitar, when I click autoscroll, it does move slightly, once, but then stops again, and you'd miss the movement if you're not paying close attention. I can switch between various speeds on this site as well, but it doesn't do anything. In case of Ukutabs, there's not even any kind of response from the site when I click the option. I tried turning on and off Firefox settings concerning autoscrolling and smooth scrolling, but nothing solved my problem.

is het mogelijk dat het opslaan van documenten via firefox automatische voorzien worden van een firefox extension? Kan het zo zijn dat als je firefox verwijdert deze documenten dan niet meer toegangelijk zijn?

Als dat zo is hoe kan ik dit dan weer herstellen?

i log in att/yahoo or gmail, email on the web browser as well your website right now using the latest firefox browser and the letters are kind of foggy, i will attach a screen shot for you. the problem doesn't happen when i use microsoft edge or chrome, can you please fix it? thank you, Liev

What would cause websites not responding. I have no malware and the cache is clean. Could it be in the properties, or whatever.

Menu, tabs, X (for closing program) do not appear at start. I then have to do CTRL ALT Delete to teminate Firefox I have repeatedly re-installed Firefox but then have to reset all my preferences/bookmarks/etc. and the problem re-appears randomly. I just restarted Firefox and THIS TIME it worked! Normal heading: (attached) Top of Screen/Heading when error appears: No "Get Support Mozilla Support - Mozilla Firefox/no Tabs line/no bookmark toolbar/ no - + X in upper right corner" --->have to do a CTRL ALT DEL to terminate the program. This is a new ASUS Vivobook 15 Computer with Windows 11 that I've had only a week.

I have tried to disable hardware acceleration, refresh firefox, reinstall, and nothing works. It hangs every single time when searching on google or connecting to websites. This really sucks because I have used firefox since the beginning and don't want to have to stop now..
