I used to have the email shortcut with protonmail ekb155@pm.me When I try to login to move my shortcuts to Linux, it no longer lets me login without validation to that email. The suffix... pm.me is shortcut for protonmail. When I downgraded i kept my main login, kbarnsda@protonmail.com My current address is kbarnsda@gmail.com

Is it possible to free up this snag, I have always used Mozilla since the beginning of time. I dont want to switch t o Brave which did allow me to change emails.

I'm unable to sign in or create a new Firefox account with my email address hyeok@cv-3.com. I keep getting the error: "Primary account email required for sign-in."

Here's what happened: 1. I previously added hyeok@cv-3.com as a secondary email on my primary Mozilla account (ground4ekd@gmail.com). 2. I later removed it from the secondary email list. 3. The secondary email section on my account settings now shows "None." 4. However, when I try to sign in or register a new account with hyeok@cv-3.com, I still get the "Primary account email required" error.

It appears that Mozilla's server still associates hyeok@cv-3.com with my primary account even though it has been removed. Could you please fully disassociate hyeok@cv-3.com from ground4ekd@gmail.com on the server side so that I can use it independently?

I'd like to be able to use hyeok@cv-3.com as an independent account. Any help would be appreciated.

My previous email provider Eclipse has ceased hosting. I found how to update sync email by adding another and promoting. I can't do this as the system sends a code to my no longer exisiting email address. How to get around this. I have a gmail address, iandtryagain@gmail.com

The email address on my Mozilla account no longer exists. I am unable to change any data nor delete the account, since I cannot login to the old email address. Contact email: [edited from community support forum] @icloud.com

I cannot change to another (new) email address, because the old mail address is not accessible anymore, but the new one collides with some other ... What can I do?

Hey there. My old primary email address has been deleted, and I'm unable to check my inbox. Is there any way to change my primary address other than adding a secondary one? I can't access the verification code sent to my deleted address to complete the swap. Thank you in advance.

i need to change my email since my old email go hacked, so i dont have access to my old email anymore. i still have access to my account since i am logged in on my phone and desktop. I have backup authentication codes if that helps. Codes are getting sent to my hacked email which i dont have access to.

Both, a Firefox sync master account and Firefox Relay extension are active when running the browser.

So, is it possible to change the master email addresses of both features (+ secondary email) ? I would like to use a new email address for authenticating in both features of Mozilla, but do not want to set up new accounts.

How can I do that in Firefox Sync and Relay?

I would like to make a new account with an email account I control. Currently, the secondary email address can receive 2FA codes and such, but is there some way to transfer all of the history I have with the account to a new one? I cannot make the secondary email address the new one because my university email is now unable to receive emails such as 2FA codes.

I don't have access to the primary email to do anything. I do have the secondary email entered but it's asking for a code from the primary email to change it, like I mentioned we don't have access to. Is there any help for this. Hate to lose what we have.
