I have noai.duckduckgo.com set as my default search engine. Almost always (but not quite every time) when I type anything into the address/search bar, I get a page with a "Server Not Found" error. (See attached image.) Refreshing the page immediately brings up the results without issue, but I consistently get the error first.

Oddly, if I go into settings and switch to a different search engine and then switch back to duckduckgo, the issue will briefly resolve and it'll work fine for a short while... and then I start getting the error again.

Is there any way to fix this?

I use Firefox as my default browser. When I click on a link in my apple mail it doesn't appear but when I right click to check the Firefox icon, it shows that a window should be open (call it mystery window). In the photo it's the "Settings". I cannot seem to access it. (It used to be that if I clicked it, it would open.) If I right click the icon I can open a new Firefox window but the one I originally tried to open still does not appear. That's how I opened this page. If I've opened a new window and I right click and select "Show all Windows" I can see the original window but I still cannot access it. I've tried quitting Firefox and shutting down my computer but when I restart my computer the Firefox icon still shows that the mystery window should be open. Still cannot access it.

This is a fairly new problem that started sometime in the last few months. i have an Apple computer.

I am receiving "The page isn't redirecting properly - Firefox can't connect to server" error messages. This happens on nearly every website repeatedly for the last six? weeks. It does not happen in other browsers i.e. Chrome. I click the "Try Again" button in the Firefox error msg popup window over and over, 3-14+ times, to get past the error msg and access the site. When I try to login to many sites I am kicked out to the same error msg. Also kicked out of sites randomly when trying to navigate to another page on the same site. I had Claude AI take me step-by-step through all of the trouble shooting and adjustments to various settings. All of my extensions are off. I have had my ISP re-initialize my modem and I've run antivirus scans, still the problem persists. (Strangely YouTube does not have these problems) I love Firefox. I've got it setup just the way I like it. I have been using it for 20 years and during those two decades Firefox has been stable and had only minor glitches. I do not want to change my browser. Chrome feels clunky to me. I'm attaching three representative screen captures of the error msgs. Looking forward to anyone's help.

Ich habe Firefox neu installiert, den Cash geleert und auch schon mit dem Fehlerprogramm von euch laufen lassen, es wird nicht besser, vielleicht kennt ihr noch eine Lösung die mir helfen kann...

Setup: macOS Tahoe (26.4) and Firefox 149.0

Behavior: Out of the blue this morning, every website I try to visit in Firefox returns "Looks like there’s a problem with this site". Every other browser works fine.

Things I've tried, that haven't fixed it: - Ruled Out DNS: Sites like 1.1.1.1 and my home router's IP return the same issue in Firefox, but also resolve in any other browser. - Firefox Safe Mode: no fix - Deleted All Settings, Reinstalled Fresh: - Removed the Firefox App, deleted:

       - ~/Library/Application\ Support/Firefox
       - ~/Library/Caches/Mozilla
       - ~/Library/Caches/Firefox

...and then downloaded and installed 149.0 fresh. - Refreshed Firefox (via [link] - about:preferences (toggled between FALSE and TRUE, testing each time) via this YouTube video

- network.dns.disableIPv6

- network.dns.disablePrefetch
- network.dns.disablePrefetchFromHTTPS
- network.dns.disable

....and in desperation, I checked my Mac for Malware (clean)

I'm at a complete loss: every other browser works, but Firefox is a 100% fail for all websites. Any thoughts?

Hey,

after looking through many Forums and solutions on the internet, nothing can resolve my issue, so i hope this one can help. I just switched to Firefox and have the reaccuring problem, that i cannot load sites, that are located in my local network (e.g. homeassistant.local; 192.168.8.265:2283).

I always get a "server not found" error from firefox and the certificate information, that i am communicating through an unsecured connection (haha, yes good joke firefox. I know my local services do not all have an SSL certificate.) I already tried altering settings for Proxy, DNS over https, MACos Safety settings but nothing helps. I am jsut looking for that one "trust this domain" button, that i get on 'ALL OTHER BROWSERS like Chrome, Safari and Edge...

P.S.: All the services are up and running and i can reach them through any other Browser.
