Since many years now, there are more and more Websites which don't work properly under Mozilla. Each time I write to the Webmaster, I receive this answer. We have not optimized your website for Mozilla Firefox, whose technology is outdated.

Many websites don't display interactive maps in Mozilla.

I understand that Mozilla has a very good system for protecting personal data and prevents sites from tracking users. I also understand that Mozilla allows for efficient cookie deletion, which commercial companies probably don't appreciate. Is this the only reason why so many companies don't want to optimize their websites for Mozilla?

I installed your update today and yesterday - 2 update per week??????????? I had a desktop that had my ICONS bookmarks such as Homedopt, Mendards, Amazon, TractorSupply, CubFoods, Samsclub and 16 others and now it's all gone ---- I am PISSED. How do I go back to what I had ????????? I can't figured out to install bookmarks ICONS on a blank screen. When I pulled my a HOMEPAGE I did have my bookmark ICONS on that screen. NOW I get is websites I looked at 3 or 5 minutes ago. WHAT Gives? Do you guys (Developers) have contestant every week as to who can add a . or a , someplace??????? to add a update??????? I how do I get back from where I started 5 hours ago or yesterday. I want my bookmarks on a BLANK Screen Again. How do I get there???????

Just this week I found it was impossible to get to firefox browsing until I chose an upsetting blob as my profile. Is there anyway to skip this step or at least to change that blob to something that makes a more pleasant experience?

The regular version of the browser is open with a bunch of pinned tabs and a private version. And!!! If you close the REGULAR version , but DO NOT close the PRIVATE one before that, then when you try to reopen the REGULAR one, ALL OPEN WINDOWS AND TABS will BE DELETED!!! WHY?!?!

And these tabs are not saved in history, because they WERE NOT active in this session!

Where do developers' hands grow from?! Well, this glitch was a couple of years ago! But now?! A month of work preparation went to hell because of Firefox failure... How do I restore tabs that were just blown away by the browser?

Hi! Have several bookmarks that in the list are called "patient portal." I would like to change them so they have the doctors name to make it easier to find the one I need. I am running on Windows 11, with Version 150.0.3 (64-bit).

I have tried right clicking on the bookmark and there is no option to change the name. I looked under "organize" and again, no options.

Please, is it possible to do what I need?

Hi - Recently when I was on either my desktop or laptop I saw a notification that the sidebar would be going away. I can't seem to find any information on that now though. Will the sidebar still be going away soon? I for one would like to say that I enjoy that feature and would like to see it stay an option on desktops/laptops. If it does go away, how do we access bookmarks and synced tabs? Is there anything I need to do ahead of it possibly going away? Thanks in advance for your help!

See attachment, some sites are not loading correctly at all, which ironically includes the mozilla sign in page. I also noticed it on camelcamelcamel.com. See attachments.

I already tried clearing cookies etc. Unchecking the "allow sites to choose their own fonts" fixes it but obviously I don't really want that disabled. I switched off Chrome recently so I'm already quite disappointed tbh.

I've lost access to my [edited] @hotmail.com email address that is associated with this account, and I'd like to change my email address now before I'm locked it forever. This is the last computer that I have that is still logged in! It seems that to add another email address I need verification from my first email address, which I can not get. Please help! I don't know if your response to this help question will go to my Firefox account or my email, but if it goes to my lava950 email I won't receive it. How do I roll back an update that is not working on my system? I am very displeased with Firefox overall. You are a memory hog and no settings that I try help. Now, when I open a new tab Firefox freezes and I often have to close and restart, sometimes more than once. You are pushing me away from your product. I am now looking for a browser that is user friendly and compatible with my older computer (windows 10 is the most upgraded OS I can use). I hope to hear from you with a resolution soon.

I guess I'm hoping an engineer or someone who works on firefox can resolve this cause it's always what pushes what me away.

I'll be sick of Chrome harvesting all my data, I'll download firefox, and I'll set it up. A couple years ago I deleted my chrome profile and switched completely over to firefox. I want to say once a month, I'll open firefox and websites won't load. If they preload they'll act like they're offline.

It's happened to me on Windows machines and Mac machines.

If someone wants to seriously drill down and figure out why this happens across platforms and DECADES, I am happy to provide logs and video chat or something.

I have been testing all browsers I use (Firefox, Chrome, Edge) on Cloudflare Post-Quantum Key Agreement to verify PQC support. They all support the X25519MLKEM768 hybrid scheme (i.e. Cloudflare web page returns "You are using X25519MLKEM768 which is post-quantum secure").

The issue: When I run the test in Firefox multiple times by doing repeated hard refreshes (Ctrl+Shift+R), quite often the result is "You are using X25519 which is not post-quantum secure". Sometimes the very first run after opening Firefox gives the X25519 (failing) result. "Often" varies. Sometimes it's around 10 fails out of 50 tests, other times it's 1 out of 50. It seems random.

I have read that sometimes networking equipment or even ISPs can be the cause of PQC requests falling back to non-PQC due to the long keys in PQC, but I do not see this intermittent issue with Chrome or Edge on the same computer/network/ISP as Firefox. I have not seen a single failure so far on those two browsers. The only variable I am aware of is the web browser.

I also tried connecting to a cellular hotspot as well as disabling my Norton 360 firewall and the results are the same as above.

I am facing an issue with Firefox where every time the browser updates, all of my accounts get logged out, including YouTube, ChatGPT, and other websites. I have already tried repairing, uninstalling, and reinstalling Firefox, but the problem still persists.

I'm using v151.0 on Windows 10. The title bar disappears at random intervals and I have to close the application using Alt F4 and relaunch to restore it. I think the menu might disappear too. Otherwise I could close use File -> Exit.

I've tried to import all the passwords I had saved on Brave, which I am leaving. There's one way which is in Firefox itself, where the little icons spin and it says passwords and other things have been saved. But the passwords have not come over. I've gone to several AI engines, and they have me create HTML or .csv files, but these aren't working either. When I tell AI this, I get suggestions so complicated I'd have to be an expert to use.

since v150 came out ive been having an issue where i get a flash of white on start up if i have Homepage and new windows as Firefox home with a wallpaper... i have re-installed firefox and tested it as default and it still happens. seems the wallpapers have a delay till it displays properly.
