addons are not showing up by address bar, cant open ff in safemode and tabs wont open, ff got all retarded on me.

first it started with fox tab not showing up on the address bar. Now right click does not work for opening new tabs. a new tab opens in a new window over the window i was just in. can't go back.

I did notupdate anything, howcan i reset to defaults?? cant open ff in safemode, doesn't give me the option

To open Firefox in safe mode go to menu Help -> Restart with Add-ons Disabled...
