
Problems enrolling/signing in to pay on line with some utility/bank account sites: AT&T, BOA
It took four hours - working with tech on phone - to get me signed up to pay AT&T bills on line. Didn't take quite that long with BOA - but now I can't sign in on their site. With both, the hang up seems to involve location. With AT&T, I couldn't get past their page asking for my zip code. With BOA, it will not accept any state I offer it as "where account was opened". BOA says it's my firewall but turning it off didn't help. Any clues?
