can't import the account settings to android phone

Hi team, i was trying to import the account from desktop to android, tryied to scan generated qr code, but the phone is not reacting at all. Please help.

Make sure your authenticator app has camera permissions enabled, screen brightness is high enough for the QR to scan, and try regenerating the QR code. If it still doesn’t react, you can use the manual key entry option instead of scanning.
