how to get rid notification of "this file contain virus or malware"

I can't get rid of this notification. I tried to delete it from download managed (ctrl +J) but still pops up, anytime I open firefox. Can you help?

Thank you but that file wasn't downloaded. but the message keeps showing. Obviously with virus I don't want to have it on my PC. Any other ideas?

Also when I right-click on download panel there is no option to allow download so it will ignore that message
