I have an issue with one of my clients Mozilla firefox, the whole company uses the browser to access an online portal called redsky.

This portal has a java script feature enabled that allows a drag and drop file upload. The issue is that very frequently the java plugin fails to load and the feature is not enabled on the web page. Or the java plugin reports it has crashed when loading.

The troubleshooting steps I have taken are;

- Re-install Java (latest version) - Ran Java integrity tool - Installed latest Java version - Verified Java 32bit installed - Verified Java extension active on firefox, set to start automatically - Change Java plugin service status to ‘true’ - Tested upload feature, set Redsky plugin to always run, no prompt - Reset Firefox - Uninstalled Firefox ensured the latest version.

I can confirm this is not a local system issue as is occurring on a variety of workstations with variation of OS, Windows 7,8,10

I have also tried all steps on the following article;

http://www.java.com/en/download/help/firefox_java.xml

I don't know what else to do, it seems that when a new java version comes firefox disables the plug in, or it just stops working without an update release.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, I've attached a screen shot for reference.
