This is counterintuitive. I would like quitting to clear also the recently closed tabs.

I have tried to resolve by changing settings in HTTPS ONLY, DNS over HTTPS and Enhanced Tracking Protection from strict to standard to strict and now custom blocking everything as well as all third party cookies.
signed out and back in to Google Account
the only thing I haven't tried is reinstall I have a lot of different bookmark collection and it's a pain to replace them

Something that used to function on Firefox but is now just another broken feature. Not to mention that for over a year now the comments haven't been loading on youtube videos, which I posted on here all the way back then and got no response. Time to put this useless garbage in the trash can...
