ANNOYING!! I am unable to reach USA TODAY puzzles.

Window turns black with rotating arrow. I do not want to give in to BING, but I am able to work the puzzles when I use it.

I use Win 11 and normally use DUCK DUCK GO search

Здравствуйте. Последнее время заметил следующую проблему. При открытии некоторых сайтов, где есть видео или транляции, колесиком мышки открываю нужные видео или трансляции в новых вкладках. Ситуация следующая. Если не спеша открыть несколько вкладок, например 5, после перейти к ним, то нужно нажать в центре видео/трансляции "плей", чтобы видео стало работать. НО, если открыть вкладки (так же 5 или более) и сразу же переключаться на них, то видео будет автоматически стартовать. Раньше так и было при добавлении нескольких вкладок с видео, а после переключения на них, видео сразу открывалось. Теперь - нет. В настройках ничего нигде не менял, проверял как на версии браузера для пк на 133..., так и на последней 137... Отключал все дополнения, в настройках сайтов давал разрешение для автовоспроизведения аудио и видео. Хочу отметить, что такая проблема на многих сайтах. На некоторых же всё работает как и раньше. Также отмечу, что переустанавливал браузер с полной очисткой. Железо у пк хорошее, озу 32 гб. Никогда проблем такого рода не было. Прошу помочь с решением проблемы.

A few weeks or months ago, Firefox suddenly wouldn't save my browsing history for longer than approximately 1 month. This is odd, because I have history turned on. I use custom history settings and only have cookies and cache deleted every time I close Firefox. Also, it does not delete the history upon closing FF, but it's simply limited to round about one month back. I have played around in about:config before, so I might have touched something there and not noticed until later.

I use Firefox 137.0.2 (64-bit) on a Windows 11.

Any ideas what might be the issue and how I could solve it?

I recently set up Firefox Sync on a new laptop. While most logins synced properly, my saved login for diseaseandmedicationawareness.com didn't transfer. The site opens fine, but Firefox doesn't auto-fill the credentials like it does on my old device. I've manually synced a few times, but no change. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I am getting this error message in Firefox when attempting to open site however can access site in Chrome. I have closed adblockers and cleared SSL cache. If it matters I am using a new Notebook with Windows 11 and have recently installed Firefox and it was working up until today

While opening any Google Drive folder, or by opening docs/sheets start page, none of the contents show up. In the bottom left corner there is an error: "The server has encountered an error. Please try again later." . No amount of "trying again later" works , but through trial and error (disabling modified settings in another profile) i found the culprit of this error message: in about:config setting called network.http.referer.spoofSource was set to true, setting it to false makes the issue i described above disappear.

While my issue is solved, I still don't understand why on every Firefox profile i create this setting is set to true, and whether changing it is a security concern

middle mouse button isnt working since update.

i had it so that a middle click on it would open a new tab to the right of the other tabs.

i have looked and checked browser.tabs.opentabfor.middleclick and its TRUE.

any suggestions. it is just since update i'm sure of that.

I am using Foxit PDF Reader with Firefox. When I receive a PDF in my email, I can't download it. Nothing shows up in my downloads file when I click "download". Why is there nothing in the downloads file? If I do the same thing using using Internet Explorer, the PDF Does show up in my downloads file. Why is this not working with Firefox?

System: Windows 10 x64 Ich habe Firefox komplett neu installiert. Es ist kein Benutzerkonto synchronisiert, das Profil ist komplett leer. Vor der Neuinstallation habe ich alle drei Mozilla-Ordner in AppData (Roaming, Local, LocalLow) gelöscht und den PC neu gestartet.

Leider besteht folgendes Problem weiterhin:

Wenn ich auf https://www.google.de/maps/ gehe und ganz unten rechts auf „Feedback zu Produkt(en) geben“ klicke, und anschließend auf „Straße hinzufügen oder korrigieren“, dann lädt es unendlich – es passiert nichts.

Ich hatte gehofft, dass das Problem nach der Neuinstallation behoben ist, aber es besteht weiterhin. In anderen Browsern (z. B. Chrome oder Edge) funktioniert es sofort und ich kann direkt Straßen auswählen.

Ich bin ratlos und hoffe auf Ihre Unterstützung.

Anbei der Konsolen-Text aus den Firefox-Entwicklerwerkzeugen, nachdem ich den Fehler erneut ausgelöst habe. Benötigen Sie noch weitere Informationen oder Logs von mir, um das Problem besser untersuchen zu können?

Hello Firefox Support,

System: Windows 10 x64 I have completely reinstalled Firefox. No user account is synced, the profile is completely fresh. Before reinstalling, I deleted all three Mozilla folders from AppData (Roaming, Local, LocalLow) and restarted my PC.

Unfortunately, the issue still persists:

When I go to https://www.google.de/maps/ and click “Send feedback” at the bottom right, then select “Add or fix a road”, it loads endlessly — nothing happens.

I had hoped reinstalling Firefox would fix it, but the issue remains. In other browsers (e.g., Chrome or Edge), it works instantly, and I can select roads without any problem.

I’m out of ideas and would really appreciate your support.

Attached is the console text from the Firefox Developer Tools, captured right after reproducing the issue. Do you need any additional logs or details from me to investigate this further?

After the last Mozilla update (138.0.1) the browser is now slow to load pages. You type in the website address or click on the bookmark and it takes minutes before the website begins to load. If you click on open link in new tab Mozilla freezes and if you wait it out 9 to 10 minutes later Mozilla comes good again and will open the link in new tab. No issues occurring before the 138.0.1 update. How can I roll back to the prior release?

Suddenly [with most recent firefox update?] Gmail is now in dark mode, and some of the emails show very light gray type and are unreadable.

My win 11 is set to light mode, and in about:config, the 'layout.css.prefers-color-scheme.content-override' is set correctly to 1 [lght], and oddly, it won't let me change it.

Gmail opens correctly in light mode in Edge, and also duckduckgo.

Firefox is my primary browser, and if I can't remedy this, i will need to switch  :-(

Hello, everytime I try and upload a video on YouTube with firefox, the video gets stuck at 0% processing,

This never happened in my 4 years of youtube and recently (a few weeks ago) this starting happening. I use firefox to stricly upload videos, and use chrome to browse with my other account casually.

Now Im forced to upload using chrome but I want to still use Firefox to upload videos. anybody know why this is happening? I've cleared cache serveral times and it still won't work. I have no adblockers etc.

For about the last month, if I click on a link in an email or on a website that should connect to another website, there's a long delay in reaching that second site. This did not happen before. The delays are intolerable and do not occur on Chrome, for example. I prefer to use Firefox, but I feel I have no choice but to use Chrome instead. Can my issue with Firefox be fixed? Thank you for considering this issue.

My ISP is VirginMedia and I use their Webmail system for all of my email requirements.

I have FireFox set to download new versions when issued and upgrade when my machine is rebooted.

I rebooted yesterday and the new version FireFox (v138.0.1 (64bit)) was installed.

When I checked my mail later on I got the message:

   Error: Failed to load messages.  Retry.

And that has remained the same for more than 24 hours; none of my folders are accessible and I have been unable to send mail; I have 44 messaqes in my Inbox and 2 in my Spam folder.

I contacted Virgin's Tech Support earlier this evening and they were unable to find any faults at their end, and they suggested trying another browser (which I was loathe to do since FireFox has been my choice for more years than I care to remember ~~ but I bit the bullet and installed Opera - and found that I was able to access my webmail and all of its' folders at Virgin.

Please tell me that there'a fix on the way, I don't want to switch from FFox and nor do I want to run two browsers at the same time.

It is now 3 May 25 and we're back to where we started.

I started FF and I'm getting the tour screen on one tab, the privacy notice on another

All the tabs I pinned are just spinning their wheels

And all my extensions are gone.
