Bonjour, A l"allumage de mon ordinateur,ce matin, quand je clique sur l'icône "Firefox", une fenêtre sans mes onglets d'hier C'est une page m'invitant à télécharger Firefox. Je n'ai plus accès à mon historique et, n'ayant plus accès à mes mots de passe, j'ai du mal à ouvrir mes sites préférés. Merci par avance de votre aide. Annie Le Drévo

I lost all my data after installation of new firefox. I have lots of important data in that profile.

I forgot the password to sign in and when I reset, a new profile was created for me and all my data are gone.

Now, I even know the original password. I did not know, I will lose my data. How can I get my data back? Please help.

I updated Firefox a few minutes ago and closed everything to let it finish. When I reopened it, all my bookmarks were gone. I checked the restore option in the Bookmarks menu, but only today's date was available, and clicking it did nothing. I found the bookmarkbackups folder in my profile directory, but there's only one file—859 bytes, which is basically empty. I'm signed into a Firefox account now, but my bookmarks aren't syncing from the server, which suggests they were never synced. Is there any way to recover them, or are they just gone?

Hi, I recently had to reinstall windows and I lost access to my Firefox bookmarks. I did not manually export my bookmarks before reinstalling and now i couldn't find them in my current Firefox setup. Is there any way to recover my old bookmarks or restore my previous Firefox profile date? can you please guide me on what can I do to retrieve them if possible? thank you.

Przez pomyłkę usunełam swój profil, zależy mi bardzo na uzyskaniu dostępu do "ulubionych" plików ale utworzyłam w międzyczasie nowe konto i nie wiem jak powrócic do starego. Bardzo proszę o pomocbold text

Firefox crashed and now my shortcuts have gone and the bookmarks are not easily accessible. I tried importing from the desktop but they are now in a long list and not as they were (in the toolbar. I can't gt the "bookmark summary" showing in the toolbar area.

I have tried to follow various help files, but can't recover any bookmarks. Everything bookmark related seems to have completely disappeared. I have the current bookmarks backup from my laptop, but when i go to the bookmark library and click on "import bookmarks from HTML" nothing happens. I am on an iMac OS 12.7.3, Firefox 150.02

My computer went through the process of updating Firebox. Afterwards all my bookmarks are gone. I clicked on Manage Bookmarks...then clicked on Import and Backup...then clicked on Restore which open a File dialog box. What file? Nothing is restore. I want the bookmarks restored.

I find that three or four times a month, the links to all my bookmarks disappear. The bookmark folders and bookmark names are still shown but there are no URLs. If I restore to a few days previously they are work again. Why?

I just got a samsung galaxy s26 (old phone is not available); when i accessed my Firefox, my Collections were missing. From other research, it seems that Collections are not available anymore. However, there must be some way to recover the websites that were stored within them, so i can at least rebuild them.
