Здравствуйте уже месяц не могу загрузить свое видео на ютьюб. жду несколько часов и прогресс загрузки видео ноль. Другой браузер свободно загружает видео. Браузер мозилла удалял и устанавливал несколько раз. Помогите пожалуйста с настройками.

Hello, I have not been able to upload my video to YouTube for a month. I have been waiting for several hours and the video upload progress is zero. Another browser freely uploads videos. I have uninstalled and installed the Mozilla browser several times. Please help with the settings.

I’m getting a drop-down from Firefox when I’m on Firefox that says “read and sign a documents without leaving Firefox“. It dropped down window covers a document that I want to print and I cannot access the print button as a result. The drop-down has no way of removing it or moving it. How can I get rid of this drop-down?

I've been having an issue with picture-in-picture (PiP) mode where the subtitles and rewind/fast-forward buttons (rr/ff) won't follow the video into the small player for Disney+ specifically. I have no issues with YouTube or any other site. The subtitles and rr/ff just stay with the original video player on the site while the video is in PiP mode. I can see the subtitle button on the PiP player, but it is grayed out and I can't click it. I've updated both Firefox and my computer (Windows 11) and reinstalled Firefox, cleared cookies and cache, and still no dice. Any advice? Thanks!

(In the screenshot, the PiP player isn't showing video, but I think that's just because of Disney's anti-piracy software - I can see the video in the PiP player on my screen.)

Firefox has stopped obeying target="_blank"

Started a month or so ago.

There is not a topic in the dropdown list that remotely addresses this issue so I just selected Performance and Connectivity for the hell of it.

There is a similar (but not identical) topic on Mozilla Connect , and I posted there. But I did not get a response. So I am re-posting on this new topic on Mozilla Support. I have a similar problem to what was discussed on Connect. I am using Firefox 133.0.3 on Windows 10 Professional. After Firefox has been running for a while, I get a message from Windows 10 that the free space on my C:drive is low. I did a directory listing on my C-drive before and after Exiting Firefox; I saw no large files disappearing. Then I decided to do "dir c:\ /ah" to see hidden files. What I saw was that pagefile.sys decreased in size from 29,925,748,736 to 16,270,770,176. This was a decrease of 13.7 Gb. Is this normal? I have lots of windows and tabs open in Firefox. Thanks.

I am no longer given the option of being able to scroll through my open instances of Firefox. When using my primary smaller horizontal monitor, it only shows 28 open instances. When making my larger vertical monitor the primary monitor, I can see 62 open instances (Not Tabs). Either way, the little arrow no longer pops up under the open instances list allowing me to be able to scroll to what instance I want to view.

Hi, after update 137.0.1 (64-bit) using Firefox with latest Gecko driver 0.36.0 in Python Selenium stalls and fails to initiate drivers without returning initiation errors every second launch, previously this stall without returning initiation errors would happen every ~25th launch. Also when it does successfully launches previously 9 instances used to use about 95% of my 8 GB RAM, now 6 instances use 100% RAM. Nothing else in my system changed besides Firefox update.

Why is firefox giving me there errors?

With the upgrades to Firefox, I now cannot load any websites, even Mozilla Support pages. Have to use a different browser. Might this have to to with DNS over HTTPS? HELP! Thank you, very much.

When I scroll some sites with the touchpad, it doesn’t scroll smooth like on windows. It scroll brutally 3 lines after 3 lines. I can’t scroll a half line for example. Even if I activate “smooth scrolling”, it doesn’t scroll with the precision and the speed of the hand. I don’t if It’s a mistake in the code of gecko or in the code of firefox but could somebody fix it?

Is Firefox still supported fully in windows 8.1. At present my experience stops me form sensibly browsing using Firefox as multiple sessions that should have been closed are still held open and Firefox just cant process browsing requests? This make Firefox unusable for multiple web searches under windows 8.1 ??

I'm on Firefox mobile, and I keep having this issue, and trust me, I've searched for solutions, but they just haven't worked out. Wverytime I open the Firefox app, it asks me to "get started". I've had Firefox for nearly a year now and it's my default browser. The only thing I can think that could be causing this issue would be me recently syncing my account onto my computer, but that was a little while ago and it used to not do this every time. Now it is. Please help?

I was on an official government website doing credentials. Got to the point of the password sent to my phone, put in the password and boom. WRONG FN ACCOUNT IN SOME IMAGINARY PLACE, shows up and totally negated my ability to sign into my own personal account. It had NO fn reason to do this. I have NEVER seen this happen before. What is wrong with your business internet connections? do not give me technical jargon, that doesn't fly with me, i am not a computer reprogramer. Might be a little put off mozilla and firefox. definitely looking for alternatives.

All my other browsers work fine but since April 4, 2025 Firefox won’t work at all. Websites won’t load. I have tried to clear my cache & cookies, I have checked my connection settings, I have checked for malware, I have turned off all my extensions and I have completely restarted my computer several times now, nothing has worked. I also did trouble shoot mode & reinstalled Firefox (though I will admit I maybe didn’t do this step properly). I refreshed Firefox. Why is it not working? What happened? I don’t know what to do as I don’t want to lose all my bookmarks and passwords that I have yet to move over to my password manager. Please help.

Добрый день! Несколько дней назад на всех ПК в школе обнаружилась проблема: при загрузке файлов ярлык папки windows перестал работать как ярлык и стал восприниматься как файл формата .lnk . Теперь чтобы зайти в ярлык нужно использовать контекстное меню. Кажется, это произошло после последнего обновления. Заметил, когда прикреплял вложение в почте. Проблема сохраняется в разных почтах - mail.ru, yandex.ru, gmail.com. Скрины во вложении Спасибо!
