Firefox is not able to log into Amazon, while Edge is OK, I know that a lot of Windows 10 updates have been installed of late plus other changes I am unable to work out whats wrong .......Help

Zum Beispiel auf Websites von Swissmilk.ch und Landi.ch kann ich nicht scrollen. Auf Edge geht es aber problemlos ! Was muss ich bei Firefox ändern in den Einstellungen ? Lieben Dank für Hilfe.

Hi Mozilla Support Team,I am reporting a frustrating issue that started occurring about two weeks ago in Firefox on Windows 11. When copying blocks of text from modern chat interfaces (which typically use Markdown or dynamic text rendering), Firefox is stripping away all line breaks.The Issue:When I select text with the mouse and paste it into applications such as Facebook, Hotmail (Outlook), or Notepad, the content appears as a single, continuous block of text with no paragraphs or spacing. This issue seems specific to Firefox, as the same action in Chrome or Edge preserves the original structure perfectly.Example of the error:Original text:Line 1Line 2Result after pasting from Firefox:Line 1Line 2Troubleshooting steps already taken (with no success):Toggled layout.word_select.eat_space_to_next_word to false.Toggled editor.use_div_for_default_newlines to true.Tested in "Troubleshoot Mode" (Safe Mode) with all extensions disabled, but the problem persists.It appears to be a regression in how Firefox handles white-space or block elements during clipboard operations. Google Chrome for PCs (Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge will work, but you may encounter problems). I see that message way too much when getting notices from my doctors prior to connecting via Telemedicine. I have been using Firefox ever since Netscape Navigator closed up shop (in the 90's). So without question, I am a long time, dedicated Mozilla user. I'm sure you can imagine how frustrating it is, for a dedicated user like me, to see those sort of messages accompany the instruction for connecting with Telemedicine. They encourage everyone to use Chrome! What can be done to change the perception that they should use Chrome instead of Firefox? And how do we get the word out to the medical community (and others) that they can count on Firefox to give them a seamless experience when connecting to their patients (or others)? I just don't think we should surrender this position to Google Chrome. Best Regards, -Steve

I have noticed that since around Friday, April 24th, 2026, that Youtube videos will sometimes refuse to load properly. The page for the video will come up, but buttons on the page will not load, and nor will the video. This started happening around mid-day, when prior to it, things had been fine. At first I thought it might be tied into the 'ambient mode' option on Youtube itself., But even after shutting that off, I found it was still happening at ranodm.

Is this something new Yotube is doing in their continued (idiotic) fight against ad blockers, or is there an actual glitch in the browser or, more likely, a glitch in Youtube? Like I said, this seems to occur at random and I can't trace the cause for it. I'll include a screenshot of what I'm seeing. But if anyone knows what's happening here, I'd appreciate it.

I should add that I am on Windows 11 and using the new version 150.0 for Firefox. (Congrats on that, by the way.)

I'll be honest, I keep hearing some other browser can block youtube ads innately. (Brave, I think it was called?) and while the idea is cool, I'm not giving up a browser I've used for over 20 years for it. If Firefox can find a way to implement a similar means of blocking Youtube ads innately, I;d love it. But for now, I just wanna know what the devil is happening with the site. Can anyone help?

I am having issues using the search functions on car rental websites for National, Enterprise and Alamo car rentals. I enter in all the needed info for location and dates, but when I search, I get an error message that says try again later. See attached screenshot. I am using Firefox 150 and Windows 11. Other car rental sites work fine and I've never encountered this issue before.

Since the last update on firefox i am unable to open facebook. I have tried all the steps that the help sections suggest clearing cache using troubleshooting still no luck can yo help or tell me how to remove the last update

Hi, Firefox (PC or Mobile) can't load this web page ( https://www.keter.com/fr-fr/nous-contacter.html ), but Google Chrome or Microsfoft Edge can. Screenshot with Firefox and Chrome Just this form, i can browse the site without any problems. Any ideas? Thank you

I cannot sign in to my banking website. I assume it's something to do with cookies or permissions. This is on my desktop, but I have no problem on my I-pad. I have the latest version of Firefox and I am using Windows 10.

Using Firefox, 148.02, on windows 10, 22H2, 19045.6937. .I have a single page on Paypal that initially displays correctly then almost immediately becomes very large and shifts to the left. See attached image.

I see it correctly in Edge. Have tried minimizing and restore, reduced screen then restored, tried F11 full screen. No help. Tried various scaling and Firefox zoom settings. They don't help and every other page is distorted. This is the only page I have a problem with. It's got to be how that page sees Firefox. I've talked to Paypal support, they say they have no problem. Can't find anything on Mozilla/Firefox help

Almost all of the time, my I experience no issues with firefox. However, any time I try to open google products like google docs and google sheets, I experience a lot of lag. It takes up to a minute for the page to load, but once it does, it functions perfectly fine. I've never experienced this with any other websites. I don't think it is because of the size of the files, because the problem occurs even when opening new documents with no data in them.

Starting the month of February 2026, I cannot get into the following websites anymore to do my on-line shopping. Walmart.com and King Sooper grocery store (Kroeger). I get messages to try again later all the time. If I use another browser such as Edge or Chrome, I can get in no problem. Not sure what is going on??? I chatted with Customer Service Reps at both sites, they don't know why I cannot get in with Firefox, unless some of your security certificates have expired. Help!! - Stan
