On my Outlook e-mail I am unable to access my e-mail and there is a section at the top that is not normally there?

For the past 4 days my msn outlook e-mail does not display correctly and I cannot select any of my e-mails even though I can see them. Also there is a view of (it looks like a preference selection window) at the top that I have not seen before. My e-mail shows up fine on other computers. I have made a screen shot, but do not see a place to upload it here.

Hint: look for 'Add images' underneath the 'Reply' box.

I am unable to see my reply box. the extra area that says "view all" and "arrange by" is covering up half of my outlook menu bar
