Flash player of youtube getting halted for 3-5 seconds

I did have many search toolbars and whenever i visit any flash website the mozilla firefox halts for 3-5 seconds and then works fine, i have disabled and removed all the search toolbars but still its halting the browser, what can be the reason ?

Please provide any software which can resolve this issue or tell me if i need to uninstall and install browser again.

Update your Firefox to 17.0.1

Please check if all your plugins are up-to-date. To do this, go to the Mozilla Plugin Check site.

Once you're there, the site will check if all your plugins have the latest versions. If you see plugins in the list that have a yellow Update button or a red Update now button, please update these immediately.

To do so, please click each red or yellow button. Then you should see a site that allows you to download the latest version. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation and follow the steps mentioned in the installation procedure.

after updating mozilla browser its still halting for 3 seconds when trying to view flash files from mozilla browser.
