my firefox browser is oversizied when it opens up io don;t know how to get it back to regular size?

well somehow my browser page covers the whole screen when i open it and i can;t see my bars on the bottom and i have to push my cursor all the way to the top of the page to see my tool bar and making the page go to the bottom of the screen.
