whenever i use intensive programs like facebook firefox grabs 100% of all my cpu and freezes. The memory usage keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger until the whole computer freezes. Perhaps it doesnt drop memory it no longer needs since it gets to over 400,000k at peak and runs at over 250,000k. The accompanying plugin-container also takes up 250,000k of memory. but it locks the processor almost from the beginning by taking a minimum of 80%. i am running a brand new comp using windows 7 and didnt seem to have this problem in the beginning. i have disabled as many addons and plugins as i can in firefox to now help.
