Icon buttons disappear after closing the Customize Window

I right click on the toolbar and go into the Customize menu. I arrange the refresh and stop buttons as I want them. But when I hit done the toolbar is not as I customized them. All the icons disappear except the Home icon and Refresh. I even created an additional toolbar thinking it was a space problem but the same thing happens, the icons disappear. I use Windows 7.

I have to say that up until now I really loved FF. Free or not, I can't believe you released this with so many bugs.
