I have a multi touch Win7 tablet. How do I zoom or scroll like in IE and chrome?

Computer Asus Slate

With IE, I can drag the screen with a finger touch and zoom with a pinch like on my android phone. The adds and the slowness drive me nuts though. Chrome lets me zoom and flick scroll. Firefox does not let me do anything but auto zoom and scroll.

Is there any way to make it more tablet friendly?
