How do I import my bookmarks into Firefox 4.0 (previously exported from earlier version of Firefox)?

The previous version of Firefox had an entry for "Organize Bookmarks" under the "Bookmarks" tab. Under the "Organize Bookmarks" tab, there was an entry for "Import Bookmarks". I can't find anything like this in Firefox 4.0.

"Organize Bookmarks" has been renamed to "Show All Bookmarks" in the bookmarks menu.
